The At-Home Sleep Apnea Test by The Sleep Spot is a quick and reliable home sleep test to assess your sleep and your risk of sleep apnea in the comfort of your home.

It consists of a small portable sleep apnea diagnostic device - WatchPAT™ One, approved by the FDA and DOT. Its advance technology ensures precise screening, detection, and follow-up for sleep apnea.

What does it do?

• Accurate measurement based on seven factors: PAT signal (peripheral arterial tone), heart rate, blood oxygen level, actigraphy (movement), body position, snoring, and chest motion.  
• Tracks true sleep time, sleep architecture, and central sleep apnea. Validated against standard polysomnography (PSG).

Who is it for?

• Individuals with undiagnosed sleep apnea who prefer not to spend the night in a sleep lab.
