The Sleep Spot online site sells hundreds of different items. However, not every item is located in our warehouse and available for immediate delivery or pickup. For this reason, we display a stock status to let you know where the item is located plus an estimate on how long it will take to dispatch.

In stock at eastMED Pharmacy

These items are located in our warehouse and can be processed and or dispatched on the same day that you place your order.

Available from Supplier

These items are in stock with one of our suppliers and can be ordered in by eastMED Pharmacy so that they can be dispatched to you from our warehouse. Depending on where the supplier is located, it may take anywhere between 3 to 14 days for your item to be dispatched glom our warehouse, or up to 4 weeks if the supplier is based overseas. 

Out of Stock

If an item is currently out of stock from our supplier, we will display it on the site as Out of Stock. this means that we can source the item, but delivery will be delayed until the supplier receives more stock. We estimate the delivery time on the listing page, however, this should be viewed as a rough estimate only.
