The parcel was left at door and no signature was asked for even though I had paid the extra for signature required.
My question is why charge us when it doesn’t happen.

Thank you for reaching out. A signature was requested upon delivery; however, after reviewing the tracking details, it appears that the courier signed for your parcel on your behalf, which is not correct.

Although I paid for signature required the courier failed to obtain my signature when delivering the parcel. This was no fault of the Sleep Shop, but was a disappointment.
