Beware of Additional Charges

I was charged shipping protection but I certainly didn't request this, or notice it was being added at thge time of ordering

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the shipping protection charge. We’d like to clarify that the 'Shipping Protection' is an optional feature that customers can choose to add during checkout. To activate it, the customer must manually check the 'Shipping Protection' box before it is added to the cart. We want to assure you that we do not add this feature without a customer’s explicit request.

That being said, if the box was accidentally checked during your order, we completely understand and have processed a refund for the shipping protection charge as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the refund to appear on your credit card.
