Very efficient service.

Good things first, the very helpful online chat; speedy delivery; no marks on my face; and the softness of the nasal cradle compared to latex products.
However the headpiece frame is lined with soft material which slid about on my head like satin. If I tightened the mask using the straps to try and get it to stay in place, the nasal cradle squashed up against my nose, useless for purpose! I watched several YouTube how-to's and am satisfied that there was no user error.
I am a side sleeper and I guess if you are a back sleeper it might be ok. But I am going back to my original mask and wearing my CPAP marks happily.
No refund of my $230.90 as mask was worn.
