Mask Selection Guide:
Different mask styles suit different sleeping habits to enhance comfort and therapy effectiveness. We recommend the following:
- Sleeping with a closed mouth: Nasal masks, nasal pillow masks, or nasal cradle masks.
- Sleeping with a partially open mouth: Full face mask.
- Uncertain or both: Full face mask."
Mask Sizing Guide:
To measure at home, use a ruler or measuring tape.
Use a rigid measuring tool and measure in a straight line for the most accurate results. Start at the bridge of your nose (just below your eye line) and measure down to the indent on your chin, just below your bottom lip. It may be easier to have someone assist you. Once you have your measurement, refer to the sizing guide below to determine the correct size for you:
SIZING:
- Small Female/Male: 7.39-8.61 cm
- Medium Female/Male: 8.61-9.91 cm
- Large Female/Male: 9.91-11.94 cm

Contraindications for Masks
Masks with magnetic components should not be used by patients, or anyone in close contact with them, who have:
- Active medical implants affected by magnets (e.g., pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), neurostimulators, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) shunts, insulin/infusion pumps)
- Metallic implants or objects containing ferromagnetic materials (e.g., aneurysm clips, flow disruption devices, embolic coils, stents, valves, electrodes, implants for hearing or balance restoration with magnets, ocular implants, metallic splinters in the eye)
Warnings
Keep mask magnets at least 6 inches (150 mm) away from implants or medical devices that may be impacted by magnetic interference. This precaution applies to both you and anyone in close proximity while the mask is in use. The magnets are located in the frame and lower headgear clips, with a magnetic field strength of up to 400mT. While the magnets secure the mask, they may detach during sleep.
Implants or medical devices, particularly those mentioned in the contraindications, could be adversely affected if their function changes under external magnetic fields or if they contain ferromagnetic materials. Consult with your physician and the manufacturer of your implant or medical device for information on potential effects of magnetic fields.
