The BMC G3 X Auto CPAP (APAP) Machine & P6S Nasal Pillows Mask Starter Kit Bundle combines the G3 X automatic CPAP machine with the BMC P6S Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask Starter Kit, which includes Small, Medium and Large nasal pillows with your choice of Medium or Large frame.

The BMC G3 X is an automatic positive airway pressure device designed for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA).

The G3 X is the latest generation of BMC's G3 platform and features an updated auto-adjusting pressure algorithm, integrated heated humidification, heated tubing, RESlex pressure relief and therapy data monitoring.

In Auto CPAP (APAP) mode, the G3 X automatically adjusts therapy pressure within the prescribed pressure range in response to detected breathing events. It can also operate in fixed-pressure CPAP mode.

The updated G3 X algorithm is designed to differentiate between different types of respiratory events before responding with pressure adjustments. This helps the device respond appropriately to obstructive events while avoiding unnecessary pressure increases for events that are unlikely to improve with additional pressure.

The G3 X operates at approximately 26 dB at standard therapy pressure, providing quiet operation during sleep.

An integrated Smart Humidifier and heated tubing provide heated humidification during therapy, while BMC's RESlex technology provides expiratory pressure relief for additional breathing comfort.

Therapy information can be viewed through the PAPLink Companion App. Optional Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity can also support remote therapy monitoring through BMC's PAPLink platform where available.

BMC P6S Nasal Pillows Mask Starter Kit Included

This bundle includes the BMC P6S Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask Starter Kit, a minimal-contact nasal pillows mask featuring an over-the-head tubing connection designed to provide greater freedom of movement during sleep.

The P6S delivers CPAP therapy directly through the nostrils using soft silicone nasal pillows, making it a lightweight alternative to traditional nasal or full face masks.

The CPAP tubing connects at the top of the head through a 360° rotating connection, helping keep the main CPAP tube away from the front of the body and reducing hose drag as you change sleeping positions.

Its lightweight, open-frame design provides minimal facial contact and a clear field of vision, while quiet venting helps minimise therapy noise and airflow disturbance.

Starter Kit – S/M/L Nasal Pillows Included

The P6S supplied with this bundle includes all three nasal pillow sizes:

• Small (S)
• Medium (M)
• Large (L)

This allows you to try each nasal pillow size and determine which provides the most comfortable and secure fit.

You will still need to select your preferred P6S frame size: Medium or Large.
