Do I need a code?
No — all SleepWise savings apply automatically in your cart.
Can I mix bundle items?
Yes — for our Mask Essential and Mask Starter bundles, you can mix cushions and headgear to suit your setup. To unlock the discount, simply add 2 cushions and 1 headgear, or 3 cushions and 2 headgear — the savings will apply automatically.
Are the products genuine?
Always. All items are sourced directly from official suppliers — ResMed & Fisher & Paykel.
Can I return items bought through Multibuy or Bundles?
Yes — as long as they’re unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened CPAP masks or cushions.
Please note: if you return only part of a bundle or multibuy order, the original discount will no longer apply. The kept item(s) will revert to their regular "Our Price", and your refund or credit will be adjusted accordingly.
Does the Multibuy discount apply to all products?
SleepWise Multibuy savings apply to selected CPAP parts, such as cushions, headgear, tubing, and water tub. Eligible items will clearly show the Multibuy discount on their page.
Can I use SleepWise discounts with other promotions or codes?
SleepWise savings are automatically applied and can’t be combined with other discount codes or special offers, unless stated otherwise.
